Comments about Mountain Hardwear Belay T-Shirt - Men's:
I am outside frequently either hiking & adventuring, instructing Crossfit classes or training with my Fire Department. I needed a shirt that could take anything I throw at it. I have gone through just about every major brand of wicking shirt out there and just about every one has failed at some point.
Rolling around in the grass, flipping tires, taking the abuse of leather suspenders, a 30lb SCBA, 40 lb pack, dealing with an olympic bar crushing the neckline, or the constant sun exposure eventually brings them all to their knees. Not this shirt.
No matter if im out hiking, wrestling the iron, or packing the shirt under 60lbs of bunker gear for training exercises, it always looks new and drys fast. It doesnt hold odor as bad as some other shirts I have tried so I dont have to be affraid to wear it out on the town either.
The rotated seams are pack friendly when hiking and make for a great fit under bunker gear.
My new favorite shirt.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Belay T-Shirt - Men's:
I accidently chose this shirt when shopping for the MH Wicked T. I wore it hiking, backpacking, and even around the house for a few days, then, thinking it was the Wicked T, went back to REI to fetch another. I brought the REAL Wicked T home, and realized it was not the same shirt. Back to REI to exchange for the Belay.

I bought what I guess is now a discontinued color on clearance. I use this for gym climbing mostly but also on a bouldering outing and love it. The fit hugs your torso to keep out of the way and stretches with your every move. Unlike some microfiber clothing I've used it doesn't snag on rough surfaces and pull threads (at least not yet). I'll now bring this along on every camping/climbing/backpacking trip as well as my gym sessions. Looks like I'll be needing more of them!

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Belay T-Shirt - Men's:
I like this better then Mountain Hardwear's Wicked T-shirt. It feels much softer, nice elastane/stretch, and can wear as undershirt under a soft shell for a cooler day. Contrast stitching is a nice touch then standard performance t-shirt. So far so good.
