    I use this bag for backpacking. I need to stay warm while sleeping, and this bag works good for most conditions. I sleep comfortably on top of it on 80 degree nights, and have even gotten a good night sleep on nights that there is frost cover. Not real warm in this condition, but I stayed warm enough to sleep. I tend to roll alot, and this bag allows me the movement that I need.
    This bag is nice and light, and packs in a small space. I am very happy with it.

    I have used this bag multiple times in the high 40's, mid 50's nighttime temperatures. The only way I stayed warm was with it totally zipped in mummy and with extra pants and shirts on. I was not expecting to have to use it zipped up as a mummy in the summer. If you are large shouldered this bag is tight in the shoulders and waist. It might work if the temps stay above 60.
