Comments about Nite Ize Hole-In-One:

I've used a few different products over the years including taping tiny glow sticks to my disc. This is the best thing I've found so far for playing at night, if you put it on correctly, which is not hard to do at all, it hardly affects the flight of the disc, I didn't notice any difference and I play a lot. They do add 10 grams to the disc so I recommend trying them on a lighter disc. The only downside (if you can call it that) is that you do have to punch a hole in your disc to attach the light. But if you plan on using that disc as a full time night disc it's not a big deal at all.
