These are wonderful shorts. The other reviewers got it right about the zippers. They're really good. Heavy duty. These shorts are soft yet sturdy. Perfect length. Love the snaps in the back; buttons would be too hard to get open while you're wearing them. Last, but not least, the ripstop is a great look and feel. I'm definitely getting another pair.

These are great shorts. Comfortable, nice pockets, easy to clean. I bought the 30W and found it too tight. I'd suggest buying the next size up. There are side pulls that tighten the waist. I'm much happier with the 32W.

Well I bought one pair of the blue and one of the tan. I washed both when I got them in cold water, and low tumble dry. The blue pair came out with no problems, however the tan shrunk at least an inch in length. Same load, so I do not understand, however that they were both the same length before they were washed. I will be returning the one but like the other.

The fabric weight is perfect, not paper thin, but thick enough to be durable, yet feel so light and comfy too. They almost won't wrinkle, making them great travel shorts. They have plenty of room for hiking and active use, and will look great with nice shirt for some out on the town time. I liked the fit, feel and functional pockets so well I bought 4 pair.
