Comments about Polar FS2 Heart Rate Monitor:
The FS2 competes very well in its price range for features. It is very easy to use the features and really has everything I need to maximize my workouts. It is very easy to change the target zone so I can vary my intensity from one day to the next depending on my objectives and my activity. So far I have used this to determine my lactate threshold, my resting heart rate, for interval training on the bike, for keeping my heart rate up while walking, and for weight lifting to determine how long to rest between sets. I've noticed a big improvement after using this for 3 weeks.

Comments about Polar FS2 Heart Rate Monitor:
If you're looking for something really basic that tells you your heart rate, without bells ans whistles, this is for you. Not the most compact and sophisticated piece, but you get what you pay for.
