Be prepared for the next big blackout with the Freeplay Light Center—it's always ready for the unexpected.

• Mount the unit in a central location in your home, plug the AC adapter in, and you have three flashlights that are always charged and ready for use
• Each Freeplay Sherpa X-Ray LED flashlight is equipped with a green light that illuminates while properly positioned for charging
• In a power failure, a bright red LED light is activated on the light center, pin-pointing the location of the unit
• Magnetically latched door releases simply by pulling on the handle, giving you access to the three lights that are ready for immediate use
• In the event of an extended outage, use the flashlight cranks to recharge the batteries; 30 seconds of winding provides 20 minutes of light
• Wind-up mechanism uses a highly efficient alternator and thoughtful design to maximize the conversion of human-powered energy
• Crank the winder in either direction; the harder you crank, the more energy you create—indicator light shows optimum winding speed
• Winder handle is made from reinforced nylon to provide a comfortable grip and ease of use
• 40 minutes of cranking will fully charge the battery
• When the power comes back on, return the flashlights to the charging station and you'll be prepared for the next time the grid goes down
• Two brightness settings, energy saving and ultra bright, offer a choice between efficiency and brightness
• Fully charged, the lights will shine for 20 hours on the energy-saving setting and 3.5 hours on ultra bright
• Seven 5mm LEDs provide consistent white light
• These lights are built to last—the internal gear train transmission has been tested to more than 500,000 cycles and the LEDs to 100,000 hours!
