    The Marmot Precip Pants were purchased as one of my "10 essentials". When the temperature drops, you encounter rain or snow the pants easily go over your boots and pants within seconds due to the full featured zipper and the adjustable waist feature. The pants also compress well and take up very little space in both my backpack and summit pack leaving me with plenty of room. I have successfully worn my pants in rain, snow and cool mountain weather and from this experience - I would not leave home without them.

      It's great to find rain pants that fit!! At 5' it's a dream come true to find such breathable and proportion-appropriate gear. I'm looking forward to lots of rain to wear them in.
