    This is way to small, hands are less that shoulder width apart at all times. It also lacks any usefull texture. Poor variety of holds and overall poor trainer. Pay the little bit more for a better board.

    This is good to put right over a frequently used door. Then you are tempted to do pull ups when ever you pass by. I don't recomend following the directions for mounting it though, because the hardware that comes with it will stick out of the back side of the mounting board and put a big hole in your wall. But, after a few adjustments, it is great
