Comments about Oakley Thump Pro 512 MB Sunglasses:

I run countless miles and require an MP3 player for the majority of my motivation... I was hesitant to get the "Thump Pro" because there were no reviews here and the reviews since this product came out in 2005 were not favorable, so I thought I would buy and report my findings here. The reviews in other magazines are favorable for this current 2008 model and I couldn't agree more. The fit and comfort are exceptional while the lenses some how stay virtually sweat free. I ran 20 miles the first time I wore them and had zero issues and virtually clean lenses at the end of the run (spring time in the arizona desert 80F degrees - a fair amount of sweat). The ease in using this piece of equipment is high, the only complaint I have is the software for this device is a bit too simple and could use a few more features to speed up the process of loading songs. By the way, you couldn't swim in these but they are water resistant enough to stand in the shower with... good to know on a rainy day. Over all Grade A- (minus for the software only)
