I thought I would try the single serving packet first, and after the great results I started buying in bulk! Recoverite helps me recover faster, which is important for when I am completing multiple, difficult workouts in one day. If you want to feel better after working out, or any strenuous activity, then Recoverite will have you walking and functioning much more comfortably sooner than anything else! I think using Race Caps for a great pre workout boost and then drinking Recoverite post workout is a powerful performance boosting combination!

After a long workout, you will want to replenish the proper way. I use this product after a long day on the bike and it really helps with the recovery of the muscles. I wake up the next day ready for more training. I notice a big difference if I dont use it after a long workout.

This stuff rocks! After my first week of using it I noticed a big improvement in my recovery especially when I have hard back to back days. It super convenient to use, I just mix it in my water bottle.
