Comments about Backpacker's Pantry Biscuits and Country Gravy:
First of all, this meal claims to serve two but eating one per person is more realistic. The gravy took a long time to mix with just a spoon and the whole thing took a bit of time to prepair and then cook. I ended up needing a second spoon to do everything. After cooking, it took a long time to cool enough to eat. It taisted ok, but for me was a bit too greasy for a monring meal before doing something stenous (cycling).
Overall, I have to say that this is an ok meal for lazy days around a camp site, but I wouldn't use it for backpacking or bike touring.

Comments about Backpacker's Pantry Biscuits and Country Gravy:
I've taken this on two backpacking trips up on the Superior Hiking Trail. When you are cold and hungry, note those two words, this meal is wonderful. Its basically a one pot (+ mixing bowl) meal and tastes great.
