Comments about Century LED Lantern:
Let's start with the positives about the Century LED Lantern:
+ Sturdy design
+ Long run time
+ I like the hanging hook on the top
+ Affordable price
- Light is blindingly bright, but doesn't illuminate at all.
I returned this lantern after one camping trip. It's useless.

Comments about Century LED Lantern:
As the previous reviewer illuminated, Century somehow succeeded in making a lantern that's blindingly bright but fails to cast a light.

Comments about Century LED Lantern:
Great tent light. I didn't need to use my book light to read and the light dissipates well. I did try to use it as a flashlight to find my way to an outhouse at one point, and it was pretty useless at that. Fairly light. Can attach it to a backpack. A little bulky for long-term backpacking

Comments about Century LED Lantern:
Like the other reviews said, the light output range could be better. However, I think it is adequate and serves its purpose for car camping. Light enough to hang from the center of a tent. Provides adequate light for getting adjusted, arranging the tent at night, etc. Nice because the light is not so bright that you will annoy other campers. Not as bright as a standard lantern though if that is what you are looking for.
