      I had used SPDs before this so moving to Dura-Ace SPD-SLs was a huge leap. They are so much more efficient than SPDs, not to mention they are easier to get in and out. Add that they are exteremly lightweight and you can't go wrong!

        Improved lateral support compared to the previous lance pedal the 7750. This pedal is still not on par with the look keo ti but then again it is alot cheaper. You can still use the same cleats as before on the 7750!
