Comments about Aero All-Terrain Air Mattress with Dual Power Pump - Twin:
Pump is a real problem - does not fully charge. I am taking it back this week, After only our first use. If they could only fix their pump problems, perhaps then I could use it enough to make a favorable comment on it. As it is, thank goodness our friend had a pump (Coleman) that we were able to inflate the matterss with.

Comments about Aero All-Terrain Air Mattress with Dual Power Pump - Twin:
I've used this product for camping and weekend trips away. Small enough to throw in the car to have with in the event an extra bed is needed. Often surprised at how long the pump stays charged.

Comments about Aero All-Terrain Air Mattress with Dual Power Pump - Twin:
I justed traded an inferior model for the All Terrain, my third.
Pros:
1. More comfortable than any air mattress or any hide-a-bed I've ever slept on. My teenage son preferred it to his real bed (more on that later.)
2. Is it still camping if you use fitted sheets? On hot summer nights it sure is nice to sleep with nothing but a sheet over me (and not sweat all over my sleeping bag.)
3. Easy to deflate. Pop the port, come back in a minute and roll it up. No squeezing the last bit of air out or messing with in-effective deflation systems.
Cons:
1. The pump is not interchangeable with other systems.
2. The rehargeable pump needs to be charged for 24 hours before first use. (new model pumps can run off your car, I've not tested this.)
3. The rechargeable pump should be fully discharged before storing for the season. (I've been doing this and the pumps have lasted for several years with no signs of lost power.)
4. A mattress survived daily use for several months by my son only to develope leaks (with its mate) after abuse at a teenage boy slumber party. The mattresses were subjected to rough housing and were walked on. The patch lasted two years on the first matress. The second had a very slow leak that I couldn't find.
Bottom line: Take care of the battery on the pump per instructions and don't loan the mattress to teenage boys. I expect my unshared replacement mattress to last 5-10 years.

Comments about Aero All-Terrain Air Mattress with Dual Power Pump - Twin:
Aero needs to correct this pump design, many people have similar problems. Ours is ~3 years old, used only 2-3 times per year, and pump is now completely useless. It will not hold charge AT ALL. If one could at least run the pump while plugged into AC outlet, then we could relegate the bed to at-home use - but you can only CHARGE the pump on AC, can't run it directly from AC. Aero warranty is 1 yr and customer support will only give a trivial discount on new $35 replacement pump for what is clearly a very poor design. Shame on them....
