    I have taken this bag along with a notebook backpack on week long trips. I carry a lot of electronic gear such as cameras so that my back pack is truly full. The Osprey Vector holds all my clothing and shoe needs for the week. Best of all I do not check any luggage at all at the airport. Remember about those pesky laws that you should not carry any bottles with liquid that are greater than 2.5 oZ. They do confiscate them at some airports. I am somewhat of a luggage junkie and this is truly my favorite.

      I was looking for a wheeled carry on bag that would accommodate my 14" Mac Pro (in a sleeve) and be light weight enough for me to lift into the overhead compartment.
      I've had this piece for several months now and can say that I love it. It's easy to pack and holds a lot of stuff! Great for short trips, too.

      A minor flaw is the main zipper which works hard around the top curve.
      Also, at first I thought the bag was a bit too long to fit in the overhead bin unless it was sideways -- Whoops, was putting the wheeled end in first -- Should put the curved top in first and then it fits OK.

        Frame protects objects in the base and top compresses down. Where backpack straps would be there is a great wide flat compartment between the frame uprights to put larger files, newspapers, books etc. Stuffable mesh front pocket for raincoat and windbreaker or vest for on the go.
