Built for extremes, Brunton's water-tight avalanche compass stands up to wet and cold even as it lets you measure the slope of a snowfield.

  • Avalanche slope indicator/clinometer measures degrees and percentage of slope
  • Also features a declination scale and base plate scales in inches and millimeters
  • Sighting mirror becomes a cover when closed; mirror features a special sighting hole, making it easier to set your bearing against distant landmarks
  • Large bezel is easy to move and set and features bearing marks in 2° graduations; large numbers mark every 20°
  • Instruction manual included
