Comments about Sportline 360 Fitness Pedometer:

I purchsed this pedometer about one year ago. After a few months of use, I noticed that the pedometer kept resetting and losing my settings. I returned it to the manufacturer for a replacement model, which stopped working entirely after a few months.

Comments about Sportline 360 Fitness Pedometer:

My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift last year. Within a couple weeks of use the clip broke. We returned it for another one and the middle button didn't work on that one. So, since the third try is the charm we thought we'd try again. On the third pedometer it would reset itself and all of my information would have to be re-entered. The clips on all three of them seemed too loose to actually do anything more than walking. Even walking I was always afraid it was going to fall off.[...]I'm trying a different model now and we'll see if that one is any better.

Comments about Sportline 360 Fitness Pedometer:

Functionality and style are good, but the rest is mickey-mouse. The clip won't hold if you're not wearing a belt. (Bye bye pedometer). A weak clasp lets the device fall open so it won't record any activity. You can wrap it closed with a rubber band, but what a hassle.

Comments about Sportline 360 Fitness Pedometer:

I use this product daily to motivate me to get up from my desk and walk some. This pedometer has some great features like 7 day memory, auto reset at midnight, calories burned. I've had 2 of these, first one was replaced because the buttons quit working. The second one became useless when the belt clip broke after a few short months. It does not work unless it is tightly closed and clipped to your waist or belt. The belt clip is cheap and pedometer falls off easily.

Comments about Sportline 360 Fitness Pedometer:

I have purchased a number of pedometers over the last few years and am pleased that the included features and accuracy of the units is improving. I do not, however, recommend this particular model. After a rather tedious set up process, I found it was accurate within a 10% range - missing some steps and not recording others (steep stairs are a particular problem). My main complaint is the cheap plastic hinges and the almost useless belt clip. The unit flips open if brushed lightly from the outside, and it fails to completely close securely over a medium wide belt. It has dropped off my belt several times, and it is only by luck that I have not lost it yet.

Comments about Sportline 360 Fitness Pedometer:

I bought this pedometer over a year ago and have had no problems using it. I am not seriously obese but somewhat overweight-- it stays on my belt/ waist. I followed the directions and set it. It has dropped from my hands a few times and it has not failed me yet. This product helps get
me focused on walking/running on a daily basis. I am not obsessed with getting a precise measurement in my steps and cannot voucher that it is accurate- I do not walk to count my steps but rather have the pedometer count my steps to get me to walk. It measures strides for those who want to know how many miles they walk or run. This product is for someone who wants to get out and walk. Judging by previous reviews it is not for the ocd challenged.

Comments about Sportline 360 Fitness Pedometer:

Well to begin with it doesn't measure steps as it says it does, it measures paces. A step is raising one foot and putting it down somewhere else. A pace is one foot followed by the other foot, twice as far as a step. (So do the recommendations for 10,000 steps a day really mean steps or really mean paces?? Doesn't much matter, I can't work, sleep and walk 10,000 paces in the same 24 hours anyway.) This product does a reasonable job of measuring paces if you clip it where they tell you to. However the clip broke off almost immediately so I can't clip it to my belt or side pocket, and it doesn't work right anywhere else.
