          We purchased this camera for our trip to Belize which included cave tubing, boating, and snorkeling. Obviously this gave us the opportunity to try out the camera in all sort of lighting and conditions. The pics came out generally poor in all situations. Would have been less painful if we just didn't have a camera for those excursions all together.

          Overall, its a good price for what you are getting. the camera and the case is reusable so you are getting much more for your money than some of the other waterproof cameras. The camera is a bit big, mainly because of the case. I took mine when i went kayaking and it worked very well, and i even used it for snorkeling pictures. The only negative thing about it, is that the case gets scratched up pretty bad just from regular wear and tear. you are supposed to be able to clean it with alcohol. i cleaned it and did not see the scratches go away much, but perhaps i did not use the right type of alcohol. Pictures are good, but just make sure that if you are taking pictures on the surface, there is no water drops on the case where the lens is.
