  • Durable, carefree Triple Tough polyethylene construction easily handles the stresses of family life

  • Symmetrical, shallow-V hull offers excellent tracking on flat water and stability on moving water and waves
  • High-volume hull with gently rockered ends provides maneuverability in fast currents
  • Designed for family fun day trips as well as weekend trips
  • Features ash-framed webbed seats with truss for added rigidity; sculpted ash portage yoke for a comfortable carrying alternative
  • Full length aluminum inserts in vinyl gunwales for added torsional rigidity

by fromFirst canoe, best canoe? I don't think I have any complaints other than lateral stability. I bought it for fishing on large ponds/small lakes and as long as you don't shift your weight around too much, it rides nicely. I am not sure if this is the "perfect" hull shape for this activity, but it certainly does provide access to a great many areas that are not otherwise accessible. I am looking forward to putting in on some moving water to see how she handles.

by fromGood things come in small packages! Have used my 14TT on multiple river trips & many lake trips. Tracks well for short size in lakes with two paddlers. Does well on river trips solo. Carries lots of gear for multi days solo. Tracks easy in flat water. Responsive in mild whitewater Class 3 and under. Make sure your weight is distributed well for river running - really effects handling. Takes on water in whoop dee doos. I use a bow cover for front - really makes a difference. Boat is a lttle heavy for size but duarable and a great value. My kids are getting old enough to river trip so I'll be buying another one.

by fromExtreme Secondary Stability Am very impressed with the Durability and Stability of this 14ft Canoe. Broke it in with my 8yr old and I extensively exploring Coast of Alaska and we took it for an Intentional Roll with our Survival Suits On as a training exercise. It was WAY harder to get over than I expected. Secondary Stability is Phenomenal. We drug it up on Barnacle covered rocks with no fear of damage to Hull material. With several hundred pounds of gear it rode high in the water and was a breeze to maneuver. HIGHLY recommend this boat for up to two folks and loads of gear. Only downside was the weight 72 lbs seems a bit high versus Royalex or other more expensive materials but for the price we are Very Happy with this Durable and Nice paddling rig.

by fromGreat Fun!! I've had this canoe for six years now. I use it 10 plus times per year up until last year, when my daughter was born. It's still in great condition. I've used it down the river (slow moving), works great. Mainly i've used it in lakes. I've loaded it up with my wife, all of our gear for a boat-in camping trip and our dog and it paddles great. I've even paddled with four people in it. It's not very comfortable, but works well. Works great for fishing. I just got back from a trip, and my wife was putting the baby down. I decided to take the canoe off the car myself. I was able to lift it from the yoke and carry it over to the side of the house. I don't think it's light, but it wasnt that heavy either. Great all around canoe, i would definately recommend this for the casual canoeist.
