Comments about REI MultiTowel Lite - Large:
I am a college student living in the dorms. My space is quite limited, and the MultiTowel Lite is perfect for use as a shower towel. I use the Large size for drying my body and the Medium for drying my long hair. It is super absorbent, allowing me to dry myself quickly. It's small enough that I can also pack it away for when I travel, as it barely takes up any space in my backpack. I will be traveling overseas soon and am planning on bringing my towel with me, so I can be self-sufficient in this regard. Although I wash it in a washing machine, I line dry it, and even after numerous washings it is still very absorbent and doesn't scrape my skin off!

Comments about REI MultiTowel Lite - Large:
I use one for all my travels, both on and off trail and love it. My sister is a bit more high maintenance and bought two (one for body, one for hair). She and I enjoy the freedom of having our own towels no matter where we are...they really are a personal item especially when you think of all the parts they touch. These are soft, dry quickly and are durable after many washes.

Comments about REI MultiTowel Lite - Large:
For Peace Corps volunteers, this is a must item to pack! It's lightweight and doesn't take up any space in your bag. Great for daytrips or long travels. It doesn't smell because of its quick-drying properties and synthetic fibers that won't foster mold, which is convenient for those who don't have access to normal western amenities.

Comments about REI MultiTowel Lite - Large:
It's a great, lightweight towel, but it has a tendency to get stinky if not completely dry when it's packed away.

Comments about REI MultiTowel Lite - Large:
Have used a "Pack towel" for years. Wanted something that packed smaller so bought this REI one with my dividend. Great product: absorbs better, dries faster. I've used it on a week long kayak camping trip in the wilderness and a week long bike trip in regular campgrounds.
The hanging loop has a buckle that clips together so you can clip it to a clothesline rather than just throwing it over.

Comments about REI MultiTowel Lite - Large:
Surprised by how much water it soaks up (never owned one before)!
It helps to have it hang across some sort of clothesline to expedite drying.

Comments about REI MultiTowel Lite - Large:
This product was really great. It has the power of a large fluffy towel but is small and lite. If you don't have tons of sun it doesn't dry that fast, also, you must tumble dry it if it is washed in a washer or it will take forever to dry! However, it always drys faster then a regular bath towel so its worth it.

Comments about REI MultiTowel Lite - Large:
On a recent trip that combined camping with rough hotels and hotsprings, I and several people in my group used this towel. We all loved it. Absorbent, easy to wash, quick to dry, compact and light. One of the best purchases I made for the trip.
