I have used this mask traveling through 33 countries for over a year and I love it. It is very comfortable and when people borrow it, I have a hard time getting it back. Coupled with earplugs it is the perfect travel companion. My only complaint is that after using it 400 or so times and mashing it in my bag everytime, the inside fabric layer delaminated and I ended up sewing it back together, but that was with extreme use. Highly recommended.

I took a couple of these on a trip recently to Eastern Europe. They are wonderful.
Airlines will give out their own eye masks on long flights but they never can hold a candle to these here. Not only are the adjustable which is great, but they are super comfortable, and they are great at blocking out light. Some cheaper ones on the market are made usually for one size-fits-all and they do not block that much light. These shades are worth every penny.

My only qualm is that they are small and easy to lose. Another thing I have found is the grey/charcoal colored ones I have blend in really well on the neutral colors of an airplane. I can also imagine losing these backpacking if they fell out of my pack. Aside from that though, these shades are perfect!

I've had at least 10 different styles of eye-masks ranging from $1-$5. I've had this one since January '10, it's my favorite, I threw the others away and will never look back. I love it. I sleep with it every night (my apartment windows are level with the bright parking-lot lights), use it on long-distance buses, trains and 22-hour international flights to Asia, at hostels and when I have migraines. I carry it in my purse, so I'm never without it.

On flights, if you combine these with (even the most inexpensive) noise canceling headphones then you will sleep so well throughout the trip.

This eyemask really conforms to your face, you can shift it around to get the best results for your face shape, the weight is nice on my face and it's not too thick so it doesn't leave marks on your face and it doesn't press into your face if you sleep on your side. I have the grey and it is darker than pictured but I haven't had trouble losing it in dark places.

There is a plastic adjustable snap and I was worried it would hurt my head if I slept on my back (I usually sleep on my side) but surprisingly it isn't an issue at all. Also, my hair has never gotten stuck in the strap.

When I first started to use it, there was some pressure in the morning behind my ears as I adjusted to it, but that has been my experience with every eye-mask. Sometimes I wake up and they've fallen off, but most pairs do that... it might be due to how I sleep.

A great gift for anyone with migraines, has difficulty sleeping, takes naps or travels a lot. Everyone should have one.

LOVE IT! This mask is fantastic at blocking out light, yet very lightweight and comfortable. I use it for airplane travel; it allows me to get some sleep, especially on long-haul flights. When this one wears out, I'll definitely purchase another one!

Dissapointed in these light shades after all the good reviews. I've gone back to using cheep airline eye shades because they block more light around the nose.

These are too stiff to use in any position but resting on the back of your head. Also, the material gets hot! Several times I have ripped these off because they trap too much heat.

I have tried several brands of eye shades and these are my favorite. They are very comfortable, light, and stay on relatively well. They also seem very durrable, though I've only had them for a few months, but with fairly steady use, and now daily use in the north when the sun comes up before I want to get up.
