Comments about Look KeO Sprint Pedals:
I upgraded to the Keo Sprints from a Shimano SPD pedal. The KEO offers a wider platform and they truly convert more energy into momentum than the SPD's. This made climbing more efficient and increased my maintainable speed in the flats. Quite the difference the KEO Sprint's made and I would definitely recommend.

Comments about Look KeO Sprint Pedals:
Great pedals if you can afford them. Everyone will fall at least once with clipless pedals...and I did after weeks or riding with them. Just make sure you are leaning the right way when you unclip.

Comments about Look KeO Sprint Pedals:
I put a pair of these on my Specialized Tarmac Pro and was extremely impressed at how it rounded-out the overall feel of the bike. They're strong, light, and very easy to get used to. They are a bit pricey, but well worth the cost if powerful pedaling and comfort are of paramount importance.
