    I really like the REI MTS line of base layer clothing. I use it under thinner convertible type pants to increase warmth or under rain pants. Can double as P.J.s and look good if you get up in the morning and need to make a quick trip to the pit toilet before getting dressed. They also wash and dry fast which is a plus for backpacking.
