Comments about Gregory Seam Sealed Rain Cover:
Get a size bigger than you think you need. If you have things strapped to the outside of your pack then you will need the bigger size. There is a draw string on the cover so if you need to sinch it down you can.

Comments about Gregory Seam Sealed Rain Cover:
I have a gregory pack which still looks brand-spanking new after two months in peru and bolivia... treking, bus rides, amazon, etc. This kept my pack dry, clean, and kept people out.
It worked great when walking thru crowded areas. I knew no one could get into it and swipe anything or even get to the zippers. It also worked great keeping the straps on my pack from getting caught in anything (plane, bus, baggage claims, etc) Unfortunately, an extreemly inept airline worker decided to haul my 50lb pack by the cover and ripped the hook off the top (easily fixed, and I don't expect anyother cover would have faired better) this is extreemly durrable and hightly recommneded.

Comments about Gregory Seam Sealed Rain Cover:
I bought this cover in an XL to cover my Gregory Shasta. This cover serves its purpose in terms of keeping the top and mid parts of your pack nice and dry. Inevitably some water will get inside the cover. Ther are drainholes at the bottom to vent this water out. The only problem is if you do not cinch the top on tightly enough, the cover will sag with water weight an fold over. This creates a pocket in the bottom for water to collect. Every half hour or so my buddy would flip the bottom of the cover to dump out a couple pounds of water in a steady rain. Fortunately the bottom of the pack is tafetta and waterproof. The strap that cinches the sides together is a plastic clip that is a little flimsy and broke after 3 days on the AT. Hook and loop would have worked just as well if not better and I replaced my broken clip with that. The cover is easy to put on and simple. I did not expect this cover to perform miracles but expected a little better quality control from Gregory. Still love their products though. Most are bulletproof. This product is average but a bit of a miss for Gregory.

Comments about Gregory Seam Sealed Rain Cover:
I'm used to having garbage bags or ponchos for rain protection and always had a time getting a good fit. I broke down and bought this after meeting other hikers (out in the rain) glorify theirs. Fits over just about anything you can tie on to a large pack and stays put!
