    I've tried all sorts of "pillow" solutions and, before I got this item, was always waking up several times a night, trying to fluff them up to get enough height for my shoulder dimensions. Stuffed with clothes or, ironically, a Therma Rest compressible pillow, size Large, this little gem transforms into an ideal sized pillow for an adult male. It is long enough for rolling around and "thick" enough to match the distance from shoulder to neck on a guy - me at least. I completely recommend it to anyone who has been frustrated at the inadequacy of other camp pillows and reversible stuff sacks that were just too small. This one isn't too small!

      This is one of the best purchases that I have ever made. This pillow is not only very comfortable and soft, but also versatile and convenient; especially for backpacking trips.
