Comments about Therm-a-Rest ProLite 3 Sleeping Pad - Women's Regular:
I have two sleeping pads, the Z-Lite and now this. After reading the reviews, I expected to have trouble rolling it up. NO PROBLEM! I've only used it for one weekend outing and it was fantastic. Easy to inflate. I only had to put one or two puffs of air into it to top it off and it was full. I was surprised at how easy tear down was! Rolled up super-compact. The Z-Lite is great too for convenience, but this one is much easier to pack. The Z-Lite is a bit cumbersome to strap on. I can't say much about the Pro-Lite's durability because I've only used it for one trip, but I'm looking forward to many more!

Comments about Therm-a-Rest ProLite 3 Sleeping Pad - Women's Regular:
This is my first bag pad and I worried that 1" of pad would not be enough since I'm a lean person and sleeping on the ground is not a very comfortable activity for me. I found this pad to not only be comfortable, but was very necessary if I wanted to stay warm in my +10 bag/liner combo. I love how it self-inflates and is very compact/light-weight when rolled up.

Comments about Therm-a-Rest ProLite 3 Sleeping Pad - Women's Regular:
For me, i cannot sleep when my hips dig into something hard like the ground, wood, even sand. The Thermarest gives me just enough cushion to have a great nights sleep without inconveniencing me on the trail when its time to hike. It's a MUST HAVE! The only problem i have with it, is when I wake up in the morning and I've slipped all the way to the bottom of my tent. But I think It may be a combination of the sleeping bag and sleeping pad.

I had to take the first one back because it would deflate overnight--valve problem? We'll see how the next one works...

This was a great pad to sleep on. I managed to sleep through the night for once. It was easy to inflate and light weight.
