- Integrated wire-gate spur on the spine improves braking friction when used with a Petzl® Simple, Stop, I'D, Grigri or Huit descenders
- Simply run your rope through the spur to add additional braking power to your descent or when lowering a climbing partner
- Keylock system uses a notchless nose on the carabiner frame and a slotted gate to create a strong, snag-free closure
- Low-profile, metallic locking sleeve quickly snaps into locked position
- Not for use with tube or slot-type belay devices such Petzl Reverso and Black Diamond® ATC
