Comments about Kelty Yellowstone 4 Footprint:

This item is flimsy and is not tough enough to be considered a protective layer for your tent floor. Anything that will punch through this footprint is going to punch through your floor as well, as if the footprint isn't even there. The material isn't tarp-like at all, so if that is what you are expecting, this is not for you. The only upside is that it has straps that fit easily onto your tent to keep it from going anywhere, but I have serious doubts that a regular tarp, even if entirely unsecured, is going to fly out from under your tent, especially once any amount of gear is stowed inside the tent. Also, the bag that the Yellowstone 4 tent comes in has PLENTY of room for tarps and other stuff. It almost seems as if it were made for a much larger tent. Save [$] and buy a tarp. I wish I would have.
