Comments about Princeton Tec Tec 40 Flashlight:
I wouldn't know about using this thing for scuba diving, but I do know that for any other use, I'll stick with my maglite mini. In comparison to that, this light is bulkier and heavier. It uses twice as many batteries with about half the battery life. Also, it does not have a convenient spare bulb or the ability to be used as a torch like the maglite mini. Plus, it's more expensive. When I go camping I carry a headlamp and my maglite mini. I just keep this light in my car as it fits in the center console.

My Tec40 spent a week in the bottom of my pool and still works fine. Great light.
