      Comments about Shimano XT/LX Chainring 104mm - 32 Teeth:

      I really liked this chain-ring in the store. Price was right, and it looked like a solid design. However, the back of the chain-ring that mounts up against the crank, has cut-outs for where the ears of the crank go, and the Shimano can only handle 19mm wide ears. My 10 year old ICON 'Onyx' crank is 23mm wide. I may have to go with the more expensive FSA due to its flat-back design that can accommodate any width of Crank-ears.
