    Comments about SRAM Flak Jacket Shift Cable Set:

    I have used these cables on every bike that I have had over the past 5 years or so. These cables last much longer than regular cables and they seal so that mud, sand, etc does not affect your shifting or braking. I have ridden through saddle deep water with these cables and had no problems at all. They are easy to install and are not much more expensive than regular cables. They pay for themselves pretty quickly.
