Comments about Timex Expedition Fast Wrap:
I needed an inexpensive and reliable watch for travel and hiking and this one fit the bill. The compass was a neat idea but I've only had the watch for two months and it's already drying up and is no longer accurate.

Comments about Timex Expedition Fast Wrap:
A good watch with straight forward functionality. I use the 3 alarms and repeat timer on a daily basis, at work and in the gym. The little side compass is pretty much useless (but you'd be pretty silly to rely on a watch compass anyways) and the face does have a few minor scratches but I am extremely ruff on my stuff. The band is comfortable, sturdy and dries quickly. A good product overall.

Comments about Timex Expedition Fast Wrap:
This is my 2nd watch of this model. Not many watches out there with all these functions. Great for daily use, especially with 3 different alarms to help remind me when I need to be at the next event of the day. Also great for timing kids in their sports events. I also needed a waterproof watch for work. Wish the band in the mid-size had more color choices. The velcro took about 5 yrs to wear out, even with rough daily use. The face did scratch, but I was hard on it.

Comments about Timex Expedition Fast Wrap:
i like the watch. i use it for running because i insist on keeping track of my time when i run. the display does tend to scratch, but it's not that bad. in my opinion, it is stylish and will match most outfits including business wear.

Comments about Timex Expedition Fast Wrap:
I have worn this watch through all kinds of conditions since I bought it four years ago, and have found the different alarm and timer functions useful on too many occasions to count, along with the easily read illuminated face. I also find the very loud and insistent alarm a quite welcome function. It has survived immersion and hard bumps without a hiccup.
On the other hand, the strap only lasted about two years before the velcro was too worn to rely upon, and I recently had to replace the battery--a long stretch from a "ten-year battery." And let's face it, this watch doesn't even cut it for casual attire. My recommendation is to buy it when the price is marked down--MSRP is way too high, considering what you can get in a digital watch nowadays.
