        I used this keychain as a security lock on my fabric purse when I traveled to Paris recently. I attached the ring part to the zipper and used the carabiner to clip onto the purse strap ring. As a result the purse could not be opened by a pickpocket, but was easy enough for me to unscrew the carabiner when I needed to access the purse contents.
