I suppose I am in between casual and adventurer. This tool is perfet to carry on hikes and camping. I have a small pouch on the waist strap of my daypack and this is light enough, versatile enough and sized perfectly to fit. Makes it easily accessible and thus compounds its usefulness. Very happy with the tool.

Blade is small and dulls quickly. Can opener is dull and permamanently bends when used to open cans. Best use of pliers tool was to loosen a tight locking biner.

This little tool has just the right amount of tools, making it very handy for camping and everyday use, it seems to find a home and plenty of use in my car. I would have liked the scissors but forgo those for the wine corkscrew which has been a life saver on many occasions including music festivals. Very light and functional, I love how well the pliers work. I used to have the Xe6 but lost it. I loved it but it was definitely on the heavy and bulky side. This model is much simpler and easier to use in my opinion.

This little tool has been great over the last 6 or 7 years. Has proven very helpful. While the blade may dull like any other, i found that it came very sharp and requires little maintenance to get back to form.

I agree with the above poster that 3 flatheads is excessive, but I've opened over 50 bottles of wine with this thing n countless camping trips and had no issues whatsoever.

Would have liked to have scissors on it, but decided to go with the corkscrew instead.

overall this has proven to be a durable little tool that packs a punch for its size and weight.

this is an amazing little knife. it can do all that you would expect out of a small pocket knife and more. it can be hard to clean but that seems to be the case with all pocket knives. otherwise it is perfect for all the little day to day tasks of a small knife.

The best part of the tool is the pliers; they are actually pretty sturdy, and have a fine enough tip for pulling splinters and fishhooks. The knife is fragile and dulls easily, I bent the corkscrew on the first bottle of wine, and the can opener is worthless. The one small screw driver is good, but who needs three different sized flat heads? Finally, I would have preferred it if Leatherman had left the pretty red veneers off; they add nothing but color and collect sand under them that you can't get out.
