Comments about Open Country Non-Stick Pot - 2 Quart:
This pot is just right for two people. It is not fancy, but very functional for the purpose. One problem is the non-stick coating outside (I do not know why OC decided to coat it outside) is slick, and will slide around the pot support wires. Be careful, if the stove is not on the level surface, or it might slide off. The non-stick coating is not too durable, and it came off in tiny spots the first time it was used to cook rice.
It does not burn food, if you are able to control the flame. Stainless steel and titanium pots will burn so easily, even when the flame is set at the low setting. The pot does not warp on high heat, like other thin, much more expensive pots. It is convenient to have a pot gripper to pour. Otherwise, it is awkward to pour, and food will spill a bit. The lid has a tiny D-ring to hold, and it gets a little too hot for bare fingers. I pinched the aluminium retainer with a pair of pliers, and the ring stays up. That way it is easier to remove the hot lid.
No need to worry about the pot's cosmetic shape, just use it and abuse it, and it will still serve you. When it is too ugly or too banged up for your taste, just get another.

Comments about Open Country Non-Stick Pot - 2 Quart:
Truly perfect size for two people. Get a bigger one for a bigger party. Small enough to pack with stuff in it takes up little space. Very light. The non-stick surface is great, though the same surface on our OC 8" frying pan scratched easily. Be SURE to pack a non-metal utensil for stirring, etc. Both OC products bent in a tightly packed pack, and were difficult to bend back to a flat bottom surface. But that's not the biggest deal on a camp stove (which both worked very well on).

Comments about Open Country Non-Stick Pot - 2 Quart:
Great for the price. similar weight to Ti, but much much cheaper. I've used this for everything and it held up perfectly until I used it to hammer through a frozen creek. The resulting dents were easy to fix though. This is the ONLY piece of cookware I use when backpacking.
