    A package of 5 sticks weighs 8 oz., but 3 sticks are plenty for a 4-5 night trip. Suggest bringing a plastic bag to put the sticks in between sites if you will be in more than one campsite. Also bring some heavy duty aluminum foil to place under the sticks to prevent igniting the duff (pierce the stick through the foil). These were obviously designed for use in one place, because after moving them 3 times, they began to fall apart. Worked well for medium infestation of mosquitoes &
    flies at Hart Lake in the Railroad Creek Valley (WA).
