Comments about Eagle Creek Pack-It Two-Sided Cube:
I'm a big fan of the cube system after being introduced to it in 2005. Now my parents and fiance are big fans of it too. We use it for weekend trips, week long getaways, and a four week backpacking trip through the Philippines!
Yes, if you do pack one side too much, it can get harder to pack the other. Usually I start one side slowly and then zip that up and then start on the other side, and then go back. It's great for separating things. I'm actually pleased when I need to open my suitcase and show what I have inside since everything is so organized.
You do pay more for the quality since I have also purchased few generic ones. The generic ones work fine, but you can tell the difference in material. So far they both hold up well and I toss them in the wash/dryer after the dirty clothes have been sitting in it. I would probably own more if they were a bit cheaper, but I think we have enough already!

Comments about Eagle Creek Pack-It Two-Sided Cube:
The two sides are perfect for keeping clean clothes from dirty. One is laminated (I use it for dirty,) and the other is breathable mesh (that's my clean side.) The half-cube size will hold a weeks worth of women's undies and thin socks. The full cube will hold all the women's tops you would need for a week long trip. Heavier items like jeans are not a great fit, but with the lighter clothes contained, jeans in the bottom of the bag are no big deal. I used two full size cubes and a half cube for four week trip through Ireland and the UK that included a week on a bicycle with luggage transfer by the tour company. They did a great job keeping my big bag organized and I wish I had invested in a few more to corral camera gear and voltage converters. Now that we're home, my husband has started using the cube to tote a week's worth of gym clothes back and forth.
My only quibble is the color selections. Bring back Tree Frog Stripe! Oh, and a nice, masculine gray would be good too. The black cubes blend in to the luggage interior, but the other colors are a bit too loud.

Comments about Eagle Creek Pack-It Two-Sided Cube:
Great product--I own two and plan to purchase a third for keeping my soccer shirts, shorts, socks, etc. organized. It's a great way to keep these clothes easy to locate and save space in my gear bag. Also good for carrying a change of clothes. Only complaint? Putting too much stuff on one side of the cube restricts space on the other side. That said, the flexible center panel lets you vary how much stuff you can pack in.
