    Comments about Official Guide to Hiking the Grand Canyon:

    This book contains good information about hiking main trails and major off trails in the Grand Canyon. It contains basic information along with some more technical information and historical comments. I hiked the North Bass Trail and referred to it along the hike. I consider it essential to planning a successful non-corridor (Bright Angel Trail or Kiabab Trail) hike.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
