My husband wanted to buy 2 Eagle Creek Pack-It Cubes to try them out. I was skeptical but agreed to try it. I love it. I was able to pack more clothes in my luggage and it acutally helped the clothes from shifting around... less wrinkles. We're buying 3 more!

I got one in this style and one in the long narrow style because they were on sale.
I was worried that I was just wasting money on items I didn't really need (I am not a neat freak)
I used them on a trip to Scotland in my REI backpack. They were so great and versatile I wanted more! No more digging through my entire bag to find the one thing I need. I put all my socks in the long one and it fit perfectly in the side pocket of my bag. I used the other for my underwear and then as a toiletry bag. Great for carrying personal items to the bathroom - no more hiding bras and underwear in a pocket! When going through customs everything is secure and can be taken out of the main bag and carried separately. I used this style as and extra tote/carry on at Heathrow airport cause I bought too much Cadbury chocolate. These bags rock!

I have most of them. I love them. I can look at what I need for the trip and match up the sizes. My wife was resistant at first, but now she has her own matching set. So nice for when we are traveling and have an overnight in a hotel. Just set an outfit aside and go.

This is so handy to have to make packing and re-packing so much easier. Great for accessing all my stuff and staying organized. On trips it keeps clothes neat and wrinkle free, that was a plus for me. I don't have to fuss with digging through my entire suitcase or pack to find what I need.

Think about how you pack before you invest in this. I have found that I like having it, because there are some items that I only use while traveling, and I just leave them in the cube and grab the cube as part of packing: for instance, camera accessories are in one; neck rests and ear plugs are in another -- because not every trip requires every thing. I haven't really used it, however; to change how I pack my regular clothes, and I thought I would.
