Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini For Two:
I thought this was great. I'm generally a fan of freeze dried camping foods so I'm not afraid to try them all. My boyfriend on the other hand is totally turned off by the freeze dried food idea so he's a little more stubborn. I made the turkey tetrazzini for lunch one day while out in the wilderness and I loved it. It's definitely one of the better, more flavorful mountain house "dishes". I had my boyfriend try it after he said he thought it smelled good and much to his surprise he really liked it.
I will definitely be buying this one again for our next trip.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini For Two:
Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini For Two is a close second behind Mountain House Grilled Chicken Breasts and Mashed Potatoes for Two when it comes to my favorite freeze dried meal... a very close second.
Everyone I know who's tried this meal has liked it and a little black pepper makes it even better.
Since I'm too lazy to find a recipe for Turkey Tetrazzini to cook up when I'm not on the trail, I might just start making this instead!

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini For Two:
The best instant meal ever! Full of flavor. Enough for 1 person even it states it is for 2. A must for backcountry hiking.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini For Two:
Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini For Two is delicious! It was a family favorite on two backpacking trips last year and we're looking forward to eating it again this year. Biggest complaint is that one package really only feeds one person, especially after a long day of hiking. We added a vegetable like peas or green beans, but still doubled up on portions.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini For Two:
This is our favorite freeze-dried meal! I've used it for back packing & camping out on Astronomy outtings for years. I suppose we mostly buy it now for our emergency home rations each winter. We live in a remote area where we get snowed in for about a month or 2 each winter. This is such a treat to have on hand when we get tired of eating all the beans & rice meals we are aways cooking up on the woodburning stove.

This one is my most favorite of their meals! It tastes like the inside of a turky pot pie only better because of the variety of vegies in it.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini For Two:
This meal was pretty good. We used the 2-person serving for a 1-person meal, and that was a little too much food; but we don't think half of this package would have been enough for one person. General comments about Mountain House meals: After a few meals we started adding a bit more water than the instructions called for, and let the meals "sit" longer than the instructions said, and that improved the consistency. The meals started out very hot (it helped to have a bandana to use to insulate our hands from the hot package), and stayed warm almost to the end of the meals -- we were eating in temperatures in the mid 50's. We added a bit of olive oil to each meal, thinking that might improve the flavor and add calories.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini For Two:
This tasted like absolutely nothing and looked a little like barf. It was edible, but just barely. Would not recommend. The turkey never really reconstituted so it felt oddly starchy.
