I took this pack on a ten day trip through Europe. It was perfect.

Comments about Eagle Creek Voyage Travel Pack:
I brought this to the Galapagos and Ecuador for 2 weeks and it held everything I needed. It was awesome to have that extra back pack that is detachable for use as a carry on for the airplane too. Great Product!

Comments about Eagle Creek Voyage Travel Pack:
I just got back using this back and an REI duffel for 3 weeks in Europe. When they say its travel on compatible, I'm pretty sure they mean only when you separate the two parts of the bag. Which actually works out fine, I put my laptop, book, whatever I wanted in flight in the smaller backpack and put the larger section in the overhead storage. With a few exceptions I was able to get a good solid week's worth of clothing in this bag, though I was traveling light and only had 1 pairs of shoes in it. When you get to your destination the smaller backpack will serve its job admirably hauling your stuff around for you. The straps while not overly uncomfortable are defiantly not very comfortable either. At one point I was carrying to 1.5l water bottles and full load in the main compartment and I defiantly noticed it. Perhaps a way to include a reservoir would be nice, but that is nitpicking. The suspension/straps on the larger pack are quite good, I wouldn’t want to hike the Pacific crest trail with it, but average walking around with it is no problem. I really also like how you can stow the strap to create a smooth service, nothing to snag when taking it in/out of small or tight area like airline overhead bins. Great traveling bag I highly recommend it.
