Comments about Wigwam Ironman Triathlete Pro Quarter Socks - 2 Pair:
Prior to buying these socks I used to run in cotton socks and nearly always got blisters. I asked around for solutions at a running store, and was told these Triathalete socks were the best bet. They seemed expensive, but let me tell you they were worth every penny. I have been using these socks for 5+ years now, and not once have I gotten a blister while jogging, be it outdoors or on a treadmill. I *HIGHLY* recommend these to people who are getting blisters in their current socks.

If you want padding, this is not the sock for you. If you want a great lightweight sock that fits, then this is the one.

Comments about Wigwam Ironman Triathlete Pro Quarter Socks - 2 Pair:
I bought a bunch of these socks 10 years ago when I ran my first (okay, only) marathon and was suffering from blisters. They eliminated the blister problem and a few pairs are still in rotation! I'm about to buy more. I hope they are never discontinued.

Comments about Wigwam Ironman Triathlete Pro Quarter Socks - 2 Pair:
i have been looking for a quality thin running sock that is quarter high for 6-8 years or longer. I have not come close, they are all bulky,I've been running for 40 years. This is a good, light, thin, not double sock. nice feel and fit. the off white top portion will hide discoloration from sweat and dirt, but i like the look of bright white better. great sock. first time i've bought the same sock repeatedly in the last 10 years. Just hope they keep making them.

Comments about Wigwam Ironman Triathlete Pro Quarter Socks - 2 Pair:
Standing for seven hours making Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches or driving a school bus, I haven't found a more comfortable or durable sock. I wash them with dark clothes and they're a bit grey now but they still do the job everyday for the workingman.

Comments about Wigwam Ironman Triathlete Pro Quarter Socks - 2 Pair:
These socks lasted 2 weeks. Both pairs wore out and ripped at the toes after wearing on one or two runs. I like thin socks, but they have to last me a full season. These socks are poor quality. Avoid them.

Comments about Wigwam Ironman Triathlete Pro Quarter Socks - 2 Pair:
I returned these socks because they were too baggy for me to wear. I have a woman's size 8.5 narrow foot. Perhaps these would fit someone with wide feet. I highly recommend the Wigwam cool-lite pro that REI also sells.
