      I have one of these from 1980 and a few more from 2001. They are still going strong. I managed to wear a couple of them out after 30 years. They are ideal for carrying liquids. They will not spill in your pack.

            Comments about Nalgene Polyethylene Bottle - 1 fl. oz.:

            Tough and the lids easily close to an airtight seal. Large lid with deep ridges is easy to grip, remove and replace. Wide mouth gives good access to contents or for cleaning.

            REI carries another 1 oz poly bottle that is squeezable and has a squirt top that is more convenient for many uses and more pocketable. However, this one is excellent when you need a wide-mouth jar.
