Lauren is an associate editor for REI
and writes the online product information for all footwear, bicycles and women's
clothing. She is passionate about running and has been running for most of her life.
Lauren ran her first 10k at age 11 and was a sprinter on the high school track team. She
has run six marathons and dozens of half marathons and 10ks. She is also an avid
triathlete, competing in all race distances the sport offers.
