REI's Passport to Adventure program encourages kids aged 5-12 to spend time recreating in the outdoors — whether hiking, biking, camping, kayaking or more!

Thank you for participating in this year's program and making outdoor adventure a part of your family's life. Unfortunately online completion is no longer available. After completing at least one outdoor activity, please print and mail the following form to get your certificate of completion and a special prize (while supplies last).

REI is always looking for ways to inspire more families to get outside together. If you have ideas, stories or photos you'd like to share, please send them to us at publicaffairs@rei.com.
