  • 4mm heel-to-toe drop encourages a shorter, lower-impact stride compared to traditional running shoes
  • Inverted heel technology encourages a midfoot landing position rather than a heel strike
  • Lightweight uppers feature highly breathable polyester mesh; rubber instep band on each shoe hugs the foot for a secure, glove-like fit.

by fromGot me into Forefoot running I bought a pair of these in the summer of 2012. I made the decision to begin minimalist forefoot running and I was VERY happy with this purchase. The curve in the shoe keeps you on your toes, literally. However they are not comfortable for extended walking or casual wear. The shoe is a bit narrow but is good for my narrow feet. Arch support is irrelevant because these shoes force you to strengthen your arch rather than coddle it. After 1.5 years they are still in good shape.
