Rated5out of5byWildwoodfromBest shoesThese are minimal lightweight shoes. I land mid foot and tend to supinate, so they work great. They are not for someone who pronates and requires more support.

Rated4out of5byNomadic NataliefromSolid shoeSolid shoe. Lightweight and comfortable. Not very supportive, as it is a minimalist shoe. I had lots of problems (calf cramps, mostly) when I first started using the earlier Kinvara 2, but haven't had any problems since switching so I think I either got used to minimalist running or I was using the previous edition past their expiration date.
I love how lightweight the Kinvaras are. Although my foot type needs more support I can't find it in me to switch over to bulky running shoes, especially when the Kinvaras are at a great price. And so breathable!
My biggest complaing is that the heel tab does go up further than the Kinvara 2 (which I knew about before purchasing). As I wear socks that I pull up higher than the heel tab this has not been an issue for me. Barefoot users--beware.

Rated3out of5byMinnMoosefromDecent light runner.Nice lightweight running shoe, but has a higher back than I am used to. Took some breaking in and on initial longer runs (8+ miles) some blisters, but once broken in they are comfortable.
