by jcboalfromGreat Shoes-purchased these for casual use. They fit the bill. A bit heavier than the Soloman's they replaced, but built well and very comfy.
They are Euro sized and seem to run a little large to me.

by threadlessclimberfromcomfortable, nice, look, great traction,I've bought these to replace La Sportiva boulder X which I blow through in one season. I've been wearing approach shoes for summer hikes in the White Mountains because of the great traction and toe rubber against rocks. I've hiked about 20 miles so far and they are breaking in great. They are low profile so the gore-tex can only help so much but works great to keep dew from soaking through. These shoes seem to be built to last--solidly constructed. There is one problem though, the leather squeaks when the shoe is flexed. I hope it disappears in time because I'm digging these shoes. I wear a 9.5 in Vasque, 10.5 in merrels, and 10 in adidas--I bought these in 10 and they fit perfect

by Jughead27fromBEST SHOES I'VE EVER OWNEDI have owned these shoes for over 3 years now, and I plan on using them for at least another 2. I wear them during everyday activities and they are my go to shoes for hiking. Most of my hiking is done to reach a cliff to climb, so the trails can be not so great at times and potentially very rugged. These shoes keep my feet comfortable and DRY no matter what. The Gore Tex inserts have not stopped working yet! Unlike most hiking boots I've used, I would choose to wear these over any other tennis shoes to go out. They are extremely comfortable and work well.
I recently hiked 60 miles on the AT and was worried about using them for such an extended period. I was happy though because my feet stayed dry, even though it was fairly rainy and even though my feet swat horribly. The Gore-Tex really does work.
The rubber is phenomenal compared to many hiking type shoes too, very sticky.
I need to disclose that I am a Gore-Tex MountainTechs member. THis is a program where they send products to test and I give them feedback. This review has been uninfluenced by this program, I am writing it on my own accord.
