I like a few details that are not found on my other helmets: 1) The buckle has 1" of adjustment (in addition to typical strap length adjustment 2) The retention system has 1/2" of vertical adjustment 3) The strap has a velcro/removeable chin pad 4) The bottom edge of the helmet is covered in plastic. Unfortunately, the straps are not removable for washing.
