The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Columbia Glacier to Glade II Interchange 3-in-1 Insulated Jacket - Men's:
I love this jacket. I specifically wanted a waterproof 3-in-1. I use the shell to bike in and not get too Hot. the vents are amazing. why get an expensive bike jacket when you can get this for the same or less?
when its cold or, snowboarding or whatever I through in my liner and life is warm. I noticed a lot of the 3-in-1's don't offer inside pockets on the liner, or they'll leave them completely off the shell! What if its a hot day on the mountain and I need to stow my goggles and a pastrami and roast beef sandwich w/swiss and hot sauce?! Well now I can. who's buying snow jackets with no inside pockets anyway?!
I wish it came in more colors though.
It is a little tiny bit bulky I guess...? But only if your trying to compare it against a fancy $400-$500 jacket that's cut to waste your money.
I love the liner. its really comfortable and warm. Sometimes when its just cold out I bike in the liner and its ahhhh-sum.
